How Regular Intake of Water Can Cure Obesity
Hello readers!
One of the most common health challenges in our world today is overweight or obesity.
As much as 80% of adults from 40 and above are overweight people, to different degrees. Which is why slimming products, morning jogs, workouts and exercises have become the most common healthy practices in our world today.
Overweight is as a result of unhealthy fatty foods which stores up fat in our body in form of fatty acids.
Most of these fats are high in carbon content, so much that it takes very high temperatures and a lot of metabolism to break them down. So, we can safely say that mild exercises like morning jogs may not be sufficient for rapid weight loss.
Fat is stored as fatty acids
Fat is stored in the human body as fatty acids and as such can effectively be neutralised by sufficient dilution with an alkalinic substance.
Acids generally have a pH range of 1-6. 7 is neutral. Alkalines have the pH of 7.5 - 14.
One interesting fact is that water is neutral; having a pH of 7.0 (pure water). Which means that water can effectively act as an alkaline and dilute those acidic fats in the body, breaking them down.
The best option for this though will be to use an alkalinic water, having a pH value of about 7.5 to 8.5. This will do a better job at neutralising the acidic fats in your body in a faster rate than normal water (normal water is not that pure, anyways, it contains some acidic elements. The world is full of carbon! And can easily be acidic!)
