Why are some people making more sales, getting more leads, growing faster than others in network marketing?



This has been the biggest puzzle in my few months of joining the business.

For those who do not know what network marketing is all about, it's one of the most lucrative business of this generation. I promise to dissect it on another day, another time on this blog. Keep up. 

 I want to enlighten members here on how to grow.


1. Don't put yourself in unnecessary pressure.

All the Star Directors (leaders) you see being celebrated today started small like all of us. And, most importantly, it took them years! Except for some exceptional people that have the speed to build a strong network in months. Most of these people have the influence already and/or are already experienced in Network Marketing. 

You, who is a newbie and novice in the business is using their speed to compare yours. Well done!


2. Work with what you have.

You don't have products, so what?

You haven't earned yet, so what?

You have no downlines, so what?


Stop talking about what you don't have. Nobody has everything. Even your celebrated Star Directors are owed products by stockists. So? What's your excuse?


USE WHAT YOU HAVE! If it's one product you have, use it optimally to grow your business. 

You have not gotten products at all, and you haven't earned... Don't convince yourself that you have nothing. Use your knowledge. Learn more about your business, use the knowledge to your advantage. Teach people for free. In this business, you MUST be generous; first, with information, and with everything else. Don't refuse to share your products, or your bonuses. It helps people believe more in your business.


WORK WITH YOUR TEAM!


It's a network. You can never be alone. You have uplines, and downlines and even members of other networks. Work with them. Teach them what you know, and learn from them too!

It raises your spirit and theirs too. It helps you always be positive and positivity is magical for your business.

Strategize with your uplines and downlines. Their spirits are down? Don't let it affect yours. Rather, be friendly with them and encourage them.


ALWAYS SHOW THAT YOU CARE.


Always be people oriented. Don't always think about what you will gain. Look at how you can help people; how your product, or business can help people. SHOW SINCERE CONCERN.
